As many of you already know, I’ve been making logos for the holidays for many years now. While Christmas has always been my favorite logo to design and use, Halloween is a close second as it gives me a chance to use some different color palettes and elements to create something fun and indicative of the playful holiday. This year’s Halloween logo was a bit more ambitious than previous attempts and I also attempted to convey a hint of the autumn season as well.

For this year’s logo, I decided to veer away from the “scary” direction that has permeated through previous logos and go more for the late October autumn pumpkin spice feel. The result is an artistic but simple logo with clean text that evokes the emotions associated with October in New England, as well as the impending holiday and craze that is Halloween.
