The clients behind a startup BBQ restaurant (entitled ‘Smoking Hot Original BBQ Pit’) commissioned a logo via the wonderful designer communities available to all through 99designs.com

The logo they desired was one that showcased their menu of good old fashioned meat ; classics like chicken, pork and beef along with their other specialties. For my logo I designed a playful illustration of a pig, cow and chicken advertising the new restaurant while emphasizing the dark gray and red bricks layout that one would imagine when thinking of a barbeque pit.
