Both during and after my time at Eastern Connecticut State University, where I learned of video and different media in art, I was fascinated with producing my own movies and meaningful presentations. This year, I’m presenting my final offering which is called “Block-Busted 3: Triple Feature”. The film follows me, real-life amatuer film-maker, Bobby Gaines and different aspects of my life, but takes several fantastic and bizarre twists.

What makes this movie more powerful and striking than any I’ve produced in the past is both its relevance to my real life experiences over the past couple of years, as well as its creative method of production. I’ve hand-drawn or illustrated a good deal of the graphics which appear in the movie (more to come on that end, for sure) and even orchestrated my own music to serve as a movie score. These elements make Block-Busted 3 : Triple Feature an extremely personal and poignant movie in my career. I encourage anyone who’s a fan of comedy, action, adventure, or drama to check it out when I release it in early 2014.
